� ��' CITY of ORONO <br /> O_.�,� � � O <br /> • . �e��� RESOLUTION 0 CITY COUNCIL <br /> � ��'.' ..'� A, ���. � . <br /> ,� � �, �a� �, N0. <br /> Y, � <br /> ���� og�G � <br /> EsK <br /> The following lots will be involved with wetlands created as compensation or <br /> mitigation areas: . <br /> Dickey parcel - Lots 1-6, Block 1; Lots 1, 3, 5, 6, Block 2 <br /> Coffin property - Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 1. <br /> • The developer shall create covenants to be filed on Chain of Titles of these <br /> • properties advising future owners of the limitations on the use of these areas and <br /> � the need to first apply to the Corps of Engineers and the Watershed District if any <br /> improvements are proposed at some future date before obtaining the necessary <br /> permits from the City. Applicant shall provide mapping. and metes and bounds . <br /> description in order to complete covenants. <br /> � 9. All wetlands designated on City conservation map shall be shown as drainage . <br /> • easements on the plat. There are no designated wetlands. within the Dickey � <br /> property. Lots 1, 2, 7, 8 and 9 of the first phase division of the Coffin properly <br /> have protected wetlands. <br /> 10. Outlot A, Dickey property, the three-acre park outlot to remain as park whether <br /> there is historical significance or not and shall be dedicated to the public. The <br /> area of the park outlot shall be credited against the park dedication fee. <br /> 11. The internal trails within the Dickey property providing access to DNR park and <br /> ' Luce Line shall be dedicated to the public. The internal trails within the Coffin <br /> property shall remain private. The areas of the interior trails shall be excluded <br /> from the lot areas of each adjacent or contiguous lot. The City shall not credit <br /> the area of these trails against the park dedication fee. <br /> � 12. A drainage easement shall be required over all retention ponding areas. Such <br /> easements to�be recorded in tYie Chain of Title. <br /> , 13.
