14INUTES OF A REC. bt)kk MEEK ING HELD JUNE 17, 1974 <br />The Zoning Administrator reviewed mr Dickey's <br />request for a subdivision of 57 acres;,on"tihe <br />corner of Fox Street and County Road 84. The <br />proposal involves a subdivision of the land into <br />19 lots. The subdi'vis'ion presents the.following <br />problems: the proposed road passes through h,_ <br />low area which may. possibly, be . classified: as a <br />marsh. One of the'lots has,a6cess only bAto- <br />County Road 6 and the 4p-Pil Alo- i requests <br />common dock providx g fd r parian rights;tb all <br />lots. Mr. William D ek y 'arid Mr. . Lynol - <br />presented to the. '.The, City Engineer when he reviews this <br />port on of tYid- proposal should give special <br />attentivri to any,ruri -off problems that may be <br />created by this development. 5) on the northwest <br />portion of the proposed road, a determination <br />should be made as to whether that road goes <br />through a marsh, or whether it is just a low area. <br />6) the LMCD should be informed of the Dickey <br />request and their comments regarding a multiple <br />dock should be available to the Planning Commission. <br />7) the Park Commission should submit its <br />recommendations on whether the dedication for <br />parks should be in the form of cash or land, and <br />if it is land, the location of the land. 8) the <br />Hennepin County Highway Department will have to <br />review the subdivision and submit their comments. <br />Page 4 <br />SUBDIVISION <br />Di Con <br />2905 Fox Street <br />Curtis moved, Hake seconded, that the Dickey <br />request be tabled until the information listed <br />above is in hand, and when it is available, the <br />City staff should schedule a public hearing for <br />the earliest possible date. D-lotion, Ayes (6) - Nays (0). <br />Mr. Monahan has requested a variance to construct VARIANCE <br />a home and garage on a lot which is 8,500 square <br />feet and 50' wide. Since this lot is smaller Monahan <br />than half the acreage required for this zoning 2237 Shadywood Road <br />district, it would not fall within the Lot of <br />Record provision of the proposed zoning ordinance. <br />(Continued) <br />
