The applicant shall work with the City Engineer to locate and install protection around
the potential septic areas to insure they are not impacted and compacted during fill
activities. Acceptable hours and haul route
must be approved prior to the importing of any fill.
d. If fill is imported to the site, the City Engineer shall inspect roadways on haul route prior
to and following completion of work to determine whether adverse impacts have
occurred. The applicant shall be responsible for the repair to roadways for any adverse
impacts.
e. The cmp culvert under the driveway is in poor condition, with holes rusted through the
top of the pipe. The culvert should be replaced as part of this project, matching existing
size and elevations.
f. The condition of the driveway and Turnham Road has been documented with digital
pictures. A few minor ruts and riffles have been noted on the shared gravel driveway.
