The applicant should be required to review existing conditions and <br /> confirm the City's documentation through an initial condition walkthrough. After <br /> construction is complete,the City Engineer shall review the condition of the driveway <br /> and Turnham Road,and any damage shall be addressed by the applicant. <br /> g. The applicant/contractor shall notify the City 48 hours prior to required inspections. <br /> 2. This project will disturb more than 25 cubic yards of material. Therefore,a final Storm Water <br /> Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP)must be submitted for review in accordance with City code. <br /> Also,the minimum$2,000 sediment and erosion control financial security should be required for <br /> this permit. <br /> 3. Perimeter silt fence installation should be inspected by the City prior to any land disturbing <br /> activities to ensure compliance with the SWPPP. <br /> 4. The Wetland Buffer Establishment Plan should include the following: <br /> a. Add note under Site Preparation indicating the placement of minimum 8"clean topsoil on <br /> graded areas of the buffer zone to ensure good seeding success. <br /> b. Add note under Management to indicate the placement of Wetland Buffer Markers at the <br /> upland buffer edge,located at lot lines,change of buffer edge direction,and/or spaced at <br /> a maximum 100 feet apart. <br /> 5. A copy of the MCWD permit should be submitted prior to any land disturbing activities. <br /> 6. Per the conditions of MCWD permit approval,confirmation that the Declaration of Wetland <br /> Buffer was recorded with Hennepin County should be submitted to the City prior to any land <br /> disturbing activities. <br /> 7.
