Staff conducted a preliminary review based on the information provided and recommends the following items be submitted or revised in order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: 1. Certificate of Survey. A survey dated 11-6-2017 was provided. Our engineer has reviewed the survey and has the following comments: a. Show the location of the well. RAI-) VJO � vX.. Show the delineated wetlands on the property. tee. Call out the top and bottom wall elevations of the retaining wall around tree near the edge of the driveway. Retaining wall"H"appears to be over 4' in height. Please submit engineered plans for our review. The grading plan should be revised to indicate perimeter erosion control measures(sift fence,bio logs, etc.)down gradient from the proposed work. V-f: A stormwater basin(sub surface)is depicted on the landscape plan but not on the survey/grading plan. Please provide two copies of an updated, full-size certificate of survey which meets all of the City's survey standards(enclosed). 2. Hardscape Plan. A landscaping/hardscape plan was submitted. Please provide the name of the individual or company performing the work. We need clarification on the following: 1� The lower lakeside terrace is proposed to be constructed up to the 75'setback line. Please the have 75'setback line shown on the Landscape Plan,L5. The Landscape Plan, L5 shows potential vegetation in the County Right-of-Way. Please have the landscape plan updated to show a key of plantings. We will need a copy of the approval from Hennepin County for plantings within the Right-of-Way. Qy,�,l`w� c. The landscape plan shows buckthorn removal. A vegetation plan should be submitted to the MCWD 1V and the City for approval prior to the buckthorn removal to ensure lakeshore stabilization. d. The landscape plan shows the tennis court removed/reduced. When the landscaper is ready for the removal/reduction of the tennis court a demolition permit will be need to be submitted prior to the work commencing. The MCWD will also need to be contacted for approval. The hardscape plan and survey should match. Please provide an updated Landscape/Hardscape Plan for our review addressing the above comments.
