Staff conducted a <br /> preliminary review based on the information provided and recommends the following items be submitted or revised in <br /> order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. A survey dated 11-6-2017 was provided. Our engineer has reviewed the survey and has <br /> the following comments: <br /> a. Show the location of the well. RAI-) VJO � <br /> vX.. Show the delineated wetlands on the property. <br /> tee. Call out the top and bottom wall elevations of the retaining wall around tree near the edge of the <br /> driveway. <br /> Retaining wall"H"appears to be over 4' in height. Please submit engineered plans for our review. <br /> The grading plan should be revised to indicate perimeter erosion control measures(sift fence,bio logs, <br /> etc.)down gradient from the proposed work. <br /> V-f: A stormwater basin(sub surface)is depicted on the landscape plan but not on the survey/grading plan. <br /> Please provide two copies of an updated, full-size certificate of survey which meets all of the City's survey <br /> standards(enclosed). <br /> 2. Hardscape Plan. A landscaping/hardscape plan was submitted. Please provide the name of the individual or <br /> company performing the work. We need clarification on the following: <br /> 1� The lower lakeside terrace is proposed to be constructed up to the 75'setback line. Please the have <br /> 75'setback line shown on the Landscape Plan,L5. <br /> The Landscape Plan, L5 shows potential vegetation in the County Right-of-Way. Please have the <br /> landscape plan updated to show a key of plantings. We will need a copy of the approval from Hennepin <br /> County for plantings within the Right-of-Way. <br /> Qy,�,l`w� c. The landscape plan shows buckthorn removal. A vegetation plan should be submitted to the MCWD <br /> 1V and the City for approval prior to the buckthorn removal to ensure lakeshore stabilization. <br /> d. The landscape plan shows the tennis court removed/reduced. When the landscaper is ready for the <br /> removal/reduction of the tennis court a demolition permit will be need to be submitted prior to the <br /> work commencing. The MCWD will also need to be contacted for approval. <br /> The hardscape plan and survey should match. Please provide an updated Landscape/Hardscape Plan for our <br /> review addressing the above comments. <br />
