Permits involving grading and/or review by the City's engineer require submittal <br /> of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The purpose of the escrow is to guarantee reimbursement to the City <br /> for out-of-pocket costs incurred during the review of your plans. Additionally this escrow will guarantee <br /> conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion control and stormwater. A$2,500 escrow as paid <br /> with the demolition permit. No additional escrow money is required at this time. An updated agreement is <br /> enclosed. The property owner must sign the escrow agreement and return. <br /> 4. Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD). A copy of MCWD Permit No.17-520 was submitted with the <br /> building permit application. Permit No.17-520 is for the erosion control associated with the demolition only. <br /> Please contact the MCWD regarding the construction of the new home.
