Complete Master Plan Process & Report <br />These additional services will be added to the base fee estimate to meet the minimum requirements of <br />the Greater Minnesota Regional Parks and Trails Commission for master plans: <br />• Development of existing conditions map including topography <br />• Attend two (2) additional meetings with Parks Commission or Steering Committee to review <br />master plan recommendations <br />• Public open house (to be held immediately after one of the Parks Commission or Steering <br />Committee meetings) <br />Prepare master plan report document including the following: <br />- Overview/introduction <br />- Proposer/implementing agency <br />- Regional context <br />- Site information <br />- Vision, trends, public values <br />- Regional Significance Statement <br />- Public input/participation <br />- Conceptual master plan <br />- Ecological/land resources plan <br />- Programming plan <br />- Research plan <br />- Implementation, management and sustainability plan <br />Additional Services Fee Estimate <br />Based on the scope of services described above, we propose a total not -to -exceed fee of $4,400 to be <br />billed on an hourly basis. <br />Total Fee for full master planning services <br />Based on the scope of services described above, we propose a total not -to -exceed fee of $12,000 to be <br />billed on an hourly basis. <br />We look forward to collaborating with the City of Orono to plan, preserve and promote this unique <br />natural gem within the Orono Community.
