Based on the guidelines you've shared, I think all units would fall
as residential units. Do you agree? If not, what sort of changes to the floor plans are necessary?
Any advice you can share is appreciated.
Jeremy Barnhart, AICP
Community Development Director
Direct 952.249.4626
Planning & Zoning Office 952.249.4620
2750 Kelley Parkway, Orono, MN 55356
Website: www.ci.orono.mn.us
From: Thamman, Freya [mai Ito: Freya.Thamman(@metc.state.mn.us]
Sent: Tuesday, August 15, 2017 1:02 PM
To: Jeremy Barnhart <ibarnhartPci.orono.mn.us>
Subject: RE: Housing question
Hi Jeremy,
