B. Premises shall be kept neat and clean, so that business may proceed <br /> ' without interruption. <br /> C. Whenever flammable solvents or adhesives (Do not use unless <br /> ' nonflammable items are not suitable for the condition) are used, provide <br /> adequate ventilation and fire protection measures. Do not use flammable <br /> solvents or adhesives in any case when flame-or-spark producing <br /> operations are being performed in the area. <br /> 1 <br /> DEMOLITION - CUTTING AND PATCHING <br /> ' SP-9 The Contractor can cut, drill, alter, remove, or temporarily remove and replace <br /> building parts, as necessary for the performance of the contract work and approved by the <br /> ' Project Manager. Work that is replaced shall match similar existing work. Work remaining <br /> in place which is damaged or defaced by reason of work done under this contract shall be <br /> restored to the condition it was at the time of the start of the project. <br /> ' Any items which are to be removed and not to be reused in this contract shall be removed <br /> from the project, and shall become the property of the Contractor. <br /> USE OF BUILDING FACILITIES <br /> SP-10 Temple Israel will make available to the Contractor, from existing outlets and <br /> supplies to the extent that they are available, all reasonably required amount of utilities. <br /> The Contractor, at his own expense and in a workmanlike manner satisfactory to the Project <br /> Manager, shall install and maintain all necessary temporary connections and distribution <br /> lines, and he shall remove the same prior to final acceptance to the construction. <br /> ' Toilet facilities shall be provided by the Contractor. (Contractor will be responsible for any <br /> and all tracking or mess their employees make.) <br /> OWNER'S USE OF BUILDING <br /> SP-11 It is the Owner's intention to continue to use the building in the usual manner during <br /> the roof replacement. Therefore, the Contractor must schedule his work so as to not <br /> ' interfere with normal activities and shall coordinate his work with the Owner's roof areas <br /> over interior spaces having critical occupancy requirement. <br /> ' 18 <br />
