C. Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance: <br /> ' Including the ownership, maintenance, and operation of any <br /> automotive equipment owned, hired and non-owned, in the following <br /> minimum amounts: <br /> $1,000,000 Bodily Injury, each person <br /> $1,000,000 Bodily Injury, each occurrence <br /> $ 500,000 Property Damage, each occurrence <br /> $ 500,000 Property Damage, each aggregate <br /> Such insurances shall insure the General Contractor and or Subcontractor(s) <br /> against any and all claims for bodily injury, including death resulting therefrom, and <br /> damage to the property of others caused by accident and arising from his operations <br /> under the Contract, and whether such operations are performed by the Contractor. <br /> This insurance shall cover the Project Manager/Consultant. <br /> Subcontractor(s) or any of their Subcontractors, or by anyone directly or indirectly <br /> employed by any of them. <br /> ' Temple Israel assumes no responsibility in the event that the limits set above <br /> are not adequate. <br /> ' In addition to the above limits, the Contractor shall carry an Umbrella Liability Policy <br /> in the amount of$1,000,000.00 each occurrence and $1,000,000.00 aggregate. <br /> D. Additional liability coverage for Owner and Project Manager will be <br /> provided: <br /> 1. By endorsement as additional insured on Contractor's General <br /> Liability Policy. <br /> ' E. Insurance Company <br /> P Y <br /> 1. The insurance must be written by a Company licensed for business in <br /> the State of Minnesota which the work is located and only by a <br /> Company acceptable to the Owner and Project Manager. Evidence <br /> of the coverage must be furnished prior to commencement of any <br /> work. Certificates shall state that the Owner will be notified in writing <br /> fifteen (15) days prior to cancellation, material change or renewal. <br /> 13 <br />
