2. The insurance shall cover the full value of the Contract, together with <br /> all materials located on the site during the entire period of <br /> construction, and until said project is accepted in writing by Temple <br /> Israel. The Contractor shall be responsible for payment of all <br /> deductibles resulting from losses under the coverage provided herein. <br /> 3. The insurance shall be of the type know as "Multiple Peril Builder's <br /> Risk" policy on a completed value form. Such policy shall provide <br /> ' minimum coverage as recommended by the Construction Industry <br /> Cooperative Committee of Minnesota. In the event of occupancy the <br /> Contractor shall notify the insurance company and obtain a "Use of <br /> ' Occupancy Wavier" such that the policy will not be invalidated by <br /> occupancy. The Contractor shall file such endorsement with the <br /> Project Manager and Maintenance Supervisors. <br /> 10. LAYOUT OF WORK <br /> The Contractor shall take measurements and verify dimensions of existing or <br /> old work if any, that affect his work or to which his work is to be fitted. The <br /> ' Contractor alone shall be responsible for the correctness of all measurements <br /> and shall verify all grades, lines. levels. elevation and dimensions. <br /> ( 11. MISCELLANEOUS <br /> The following terms may have been stated but this will not alleviate Contractor from <br /> all set of Terms and Conditions. <br /> ' 1. That no extra work or changes done by the Contractor shall be paid for <br /> unless authorized by Temple Israel in writing. <br /> 1 2. That this Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties and <br /> that this Agreement may be modified only by written agreement of both <br /> parties. <br /> t3. That absent contrary provision on the face hereof, the Job price includes all <br /> freight charges and all taxes assignable to the Job. <br /> 1 4. To protect partially completed work on the Job and equipment or materials <br /> left at the Job site and to be financially responsible for any damage occurring <br /> by Contractor's failure to do so. <br /> 14 <br />
