' 9. INSURANCE <br /> The Contractor will during the life of the contract maintain the following Insurance <br /> Coverage: <br /> A. Minnesota Workmen's Compensation: Employers, Liability Insurance with <br /> limits of not less that $1,000,000.00 and where required by state law, and <br /> any Insurance required by any Employee Benefit Acts or other statutes <br /> applicable, as will protect the Contractor and Subcontractor(s) from any and <br /> all liability under the aforementioned Acts. <br /> ' B. Comprehensive General Liability with Limits of: <br /> $ 500,000 Each Occurrence Bodily Injury <br /> $1,000,000 Aggregate Bodily Injury <br /> $ 250,000 Each Occurrence Property Damage <br /> $ 500,000 Aggregate Property Damage <br /> The Comprehensive General Liability shall provide all of the following coverages: <br /> ' 1. Operations of the Contractor <br /> 2. Operations of the Subcontractor(s) (contingent) <br /> 3. Products/Completed Operations (to be carried for 1 year after <br /> ' completion of Contract) <br /> 4. Broad Form Property Damage (including completed operations) <br /> 5. Personal Injury Liability (Penals A, B, C) <br /> 6. Employees as Additional Insured <br /> 7. Property Damage Hazards-Explosion, Collapse, and Underground <br /> (if an exposure exists) <br /> ' 8. Broad Form Blanket Contractual <br /> Such insurance shall insure the General Contractor and/or Subcontractor(s) and <br /> Project Manager against any and all claims for bodily injury, including death resulting <br /> ' therefrom, and damage to the property of others and arising from his operations <br /> under the Contract, and whether such operations are performed by the Contractor, <br /> Subcontractor(s), or any of their Subcontractors, or by anyone directly or indirectly <br /> employed by any of them. This insurance shall cover the Project <br /> Manager/Consultant. <br /> ' TEMPLE ISRAEL assumes no responsibility in the event that the limits <br /> set above are not adequate. <br /> ' 12 <br />
