Based on our understanding of the project, we propose the following <br />scope of work: <br />Task 1: Communication <br />• Conduct an initial meeting with City staff to coordinate plan components and schedule. <br />• Coordinate and meet with City staff as necessary to review plan progress, discuss interim findings <br />and recommendations, and solicit ideas and insight. <br />• Coordinate and meet with reviewing agencies as necessary to ensure plan is proceeding in <br />accordance with regulatory requirements (i.e. Minnehaha. Creek Watershed District, Metropolitan <br />Council, and the Board of Water and Soil Resources). <br />• Coordinate with the City as necessary to provide an opportunity for public involvement. <br />• Attend City Council meetings as necessary to apprise Council of plan progress, present a draft <br />plan in a workshop, and present the final plan at a public hearing. <br />Task 2: Land and Water Resources Invento1y <br />• Review existing inventory of key resources needing protection with City staff (i.e. native prairie <br />communities, heavily wooded areas, greenways, streams, wetlands, lakes, and wellhead <br />protection zones). <br />• Provide written description of inventory as well as updated GIS mapping of all land and water <br />resources. <br />0 Provide printed copies of inventory mapping, as necessary. <br />Task 3: Storm Water Modeling <br />• Update or establish location and characteristics of the storm water drainage system components in <br />GIS through review of City mapping, Record Drawings, available topographic maps, and field <br />reconnaissance. <br />• Coordinate review of storm water drainage system mapping with City staff as necessary to ensure <br />accuracy of existing conditions. <br />H:\ORNO\2017 New Projects\Orono SWMP\Fee Estimate - SWMP.docx <br />Bolton & Menk is an equal opportunity employer. <br />
