Task also comprises routine communications, including telephone <br />calls, emails, and/or meetings with the City's Project Manager to develop the <br />nrnipnt annrnnch and nrnvidp nmorpss undnrec_ <br />Client Deliverables: <br />Feedback on proposed schedule and project approach <br />1.1 Prepare a project schedule and work approach. Assure the project work is <br />completed on time and within budget through the monitoring of task <br />performance. <br />1.2 Coordinate activities with other governmental agencies as required. (Does not <br />include meetings.) <br />- City of Long Lake <br />- Hennepin County <br />- MnDOT State Aid <br />1.3 Review budget regularly and process monthly invoices. <br />1.4 Prepare for and facilitate up to three meetings with City staff and/or other <br />stakeholders.
