As a separate but related project, the City of Orono wants to develop a <br />landscape plan forthe affected areas of the 112 project which are generally focused around the intersection of CSAH <br />112 and Old Long Lake Road and the new connection to the Luce Line State Trail. It will also include reforestation of <br />impacted areas along the nearby ravine area where the City is planning to implement drainage and erosion control <br />improvements. The area includes a proposed stormwater treatment pond and the surrounding land use is predominantly <br />residential.
