Perform tasks associated with jail activities including prisoner fingerprinting, <br />intake, mandatory jail checks and the maintenance of jail supplies. <br />11. Assist in returning property, recovered or used as evidence to owner. <br />12. Perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as directed by <br />department personnel. <br />13. Position will work approximately 16-20 hours per week. Majority of hours will <br />be weekends. <br />4006.03 Minimum Oualifications <br />■ 18 years of age <br />■ High School graduate or GED <br />■ Valid MN driver's license <br />■ Possess a general knowledge of department operations. <br />■ Must demonstrate a commitment to teamwork when working with department <br />members and city staff. <br />■ Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. <br />■ Must have no felony or theft convictions <br />■ Must pass thorough background investigation. <br />4006.04 Desirable Oualifications <br />■ Ability to comprehend directions set forth in federal, state statutes, city <br />ordinances and department policies and procedures. <br />■ Computer experience. <br />■ Ground maintenance <br />■ Ability to operate a boat, tractor and other mowing equipment. <br />
