AGENDA ITEM
Item No.: 10
Item Description: Compensation Study
Date: May 29, 2018
Presenter: Dustin Rief, Agenda Consent Agenda
City Administrator Section:
1. Purpose: The Office and Professional Employees International Union, Local No. 12, AFL-
CIO agreement required that a compensation study be completed before the end of 2018.
2. In March of 2018 the City also approved the bargaining agreement
with the Office and Professional Employees International Union, Local No. 12, AFL-CIO which
also requires a compensation study be conducted.
3. Cost: The cost of this study is $9,900 and will be paid from Central Services, professional
services account.
4. Staff Recommendation.
