CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />1. Dedication on the plat of the perimeter Drainage and Utility Easement as required in <br />Resolution 6774. <br />2. The approvals granted in this Resolution shall become effective only when all conditions <br />of approval requiring actions by the Developer have been satisfied. <br />3. Building height determination shall be determined by the existing grades on the property <br />at the time the permit is applied for. No grading is approved. <br />4. The City and Owner have agreed to modify the existing easement by vacating the existing <br />access easement and replacing the text and the legal description to correspond to the <br />actual location of the improvement. <br />5. There are no modifications to the Average Lake Setback as prescribed in the Orono <br />Zoning Ordinance. <br />6. Payment of Development Fees: <br />a. Park Dedication Fee: $5,500. <br />b. Stormwater and Drainage Trunk Fee: $5,250.00. <br />7. The City Clerk shall release the plat documents for filing only upon certification by the City <br />Attorney, Community Development Director and City Engineer that all requirements of the <br />platting regulations have been satisfied. <br />8. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with Hennepin County on or before <br />February 27, 2019 together with a certified original copy of this resolution and executed <br />copies of the easements and covenants pertinent thereto. <br />ADOPTED by the Orono City Council on this 27th day of August, 2018. <br />ATTEST: <br />CITY OF ORONO: <br />Anna Carlson, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br />2 <br />
