AMENDMENT TO ACCESS EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />THIS AMENDMENT TO ACESS EASEMENT AGREEMENT ("Amendment") is <br />made as of , 2018, by and between RICHARD MARTIN FRAZEL <br />a/k/a R.M. FRANZEL and DOROTHEA HOLM FRANZEL, husband and wife, hereinafter <br />referred to as "Grantor" and the CITY OF ORONO, a municipal corporation organized under the <br />laws of the State of Minnesota, the Grantee, hereinafter referred to as the "City", its successors and <br />assigns. <br />RECITALS: <br />WHEREAS, a permanent easement for public access purposes was granted to the City by <br />Grantor by the recording of an Access Easement Agreement dated June 15, 2010, and filed of <br />record with the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles on August 10, 2010, as Document No. <br />T4780829 ("Original Easement"); <br />WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of property legally described on the attached Exhibit A; <br />WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Original Easement for the sole purpose of <br />removing the City's responsibility for maintaining the Easement Area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other good and valuable <br />consideration, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />
