Once the Construction Contract is awarded, Bolton & Menk will prepare a separate <br />scope and fee estimate for construction phase services. <br /> <br />Additional miscellaneous work identified during plan development will be coordinated with the City. <br />This work will be completed at our normal hourly rates.
