Butler <br /> said she had viewed this property and felt the valuation <br /> was correct. Motion by Butler seconded by Frahm to accept <br /> the assessor' s value of $75 ,100. Motion carried. <br /> 23. Mrs. Audrey Oglund <br /> 2601 Casco Point Road <br /> 20-117-23 24 0036 <br /> Mrs. Oglund had left the meeting but was represented <br /> by her daugher Diane Rowe. Motion by Van Nest seconded <br /> by Butler to accept the assessor' s 1982 market value <br /> of $164, 600. Motion carried. <br /> 24. Edward Callahan <br /> 2545 North Shore Drive <br /> 09-117-23 41 0003 <br /> After a revaluation the assessor had reduced the value <br /> to $303,0�0. Callahan feels it is still high by $10,000 <br /> or $12 ,000. Motion by Hurr seconded by Van Nest to accept <br /> the assessor' s 1982 market value of $303,000. Motion <br /> carried. <br />
