N . . <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR -ORONO COUNCIL MEETING <br />HELD MAY 11, 1992 <br />( #6) 1714 THOMAS LYTLE, <br />1935 CONCORDIA STREET — <br />VARIANCE — RESOLUTION #3117_ <br />Mr. Lytle was present. <br />Moorse explained this is an application for variances to allow <br />construction of a garage and deck on the property. The Planning <br />Commission recommended approval. <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Goetten, to adopt Resolution <br />#3117 for Application #1714 for Thomas Lytle of 1935 Concordia <br />Street granting variances for the construction of a garage and <br />deck. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />,( #7) #1726 BARBARA & JAMES OLEXA, <br />995 WILDHURST TRAIL — <br />VARIANCE — RESOLUTION #3118 <br />Mr. and Mrs. Olexa were present. <br />Moorse explained this application is an application for variances <br />to a two phased project. <br />It,was moved by Jabbour,, seconded by Goetten, to adopt Resolution <br />#3118 for Application #1726 for Barbara and James Olexa of 995 <br />Wildhurst Trail granting variances for the two phased project. <br />Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />( #8)' #1728 MOLLY AND DRAPER JAFFRAY, <br />540 BARRETT AVENUE -- <br />VARIANCE — RESOLUTION #3119 <br />Moorse explained this is a request for a front street setback <br />variance for an addition to the existing home. The current home <br />is 14'5" from the street setback opposed to the required distance <br />of 50'. The proposed addition will be 25'. <br />It was moved by Goetten, seconded by Butler, to adopt Resolution <br />#3119 for Application #1728 for Molly and Draper Jaffray of 540 <br />Barrett Avenue granting a front street setback for an addition to <br />the existing residence.
