Step #6: Install P1135 Water Diverters <br /> • Use MEK and a clean cloth to clean the surfaces of the horizontals where you will install water <br /> diverters. Also clean the vertical reglets on both sides to at least 1" above the gasket reglets on the <br /> horizontal member. <br /> P-1135 water <br /> diverter <br /> Sealant <br /> 3D view of a water diverter <br /> • When the surfaces are dry, butter the underside of the P 1135 with sealant and press the diverter to <br /> the horizontal in the glazing pocket. <br /> • Pump sealant into both vertical gasket reglets, and seal the edges of the diverter on all sides <br /> EXCEPT the edge facing the pocket.
