R
E)opray Memorandum
' Environmental
Nle 31 9zot6 St.Ki„cr F,IIa,w 3+ n
(713),m-8969 kj6.p—!1oyaboo.—m
' Per item 2. i.e. Permit application timing. Spring Hill Golf Club has requested the permit
approval at this time because we understand the issues involved are complicated and
' dependent on a number of factors which could result in delaying or missing the optimum window
to complete the project. The grading needs to be completed in the fall, but early enough for
"grow in" of the grass to be optimal. Spring Hill Golf Club will need to identify and select a
' contractor to do the work per the detailed specification. There are also some issues such as
final wetland boundary approval, and 1997 mitigation vegetation and hydrology documentation
that cannot be completed until the 2013 growing season. If the permitting process was delayed
until the summer of 2013, it could jeopardize completing the project in the fall of 2013.
If you have any questions please give me a call at 715-307-4577.
