Division O1 Summary Of Work -Section 01010 � <br /> 1.22 PARKING ' <br /> All persons shall comply with regulations, signs and d'uections regarding tra�c, parking, loading, or <br /> unloading. ' <br /> The Contractor shall arrange for or loading-unloading operarions in off-street areas or in alleys, <br /> driveways, side streets or designated"Loading Zones" by Uwner. <br /> Pazking sha11 occur only in designated areas. Additional parking for personal vehicles of construction ' <br /> personnel will not be provided at the site. <br /> 1.23 WARRANT'IES ' <br /> In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or difference between a warranty issued by a supplier or <br /> contractor and the terms of the specifications, the Owner, if it becomes necessary to enforce the terms ' <br /> and provisions of the warranty or specificarions, may elect to enforce either the submitted warranty or <br /> the specificarions. <br /> 1.24 CLEAN UP AND PROTECTION , <br /> The Contractor shall provide the required cleanup after completion of construction. This cleanup shall <br /> include all work and equipment and exterior site work affected for the work. Cleanup shall mean the ' <br /> project area is ready for use by the Owner. <br /> During the span of time that debris is being removed, all site features is to be protected by Contractor.
