� Division Oi Summary Of Work -Section 01010 <br /> ' 1.17 CONSTRUCTION PHOTOGRAPHS <br /> Provide photographs of the construction throughout the progress and completion of the Work. <br /> ' Provide 35mm, 4 x 6 inch, matte finished and dated(using camera with data back feature), color prints, <br /> which are acceptable to the Owner, and taken at the following points of progress of the Work: site <br /> work, excavations, foundations, structural framing, enclosure of building, installation of electrical <br /> ' systems, concrete and interior finishing, substantial completion, final completion and at each date of <br /> Application for Payment. When previously approved in writing by project manager, the Contractor <br /> may submit unadulterated electronically digitized photos, in medium-high to high dot-per-inch (dpi) <br /> ' resolution, in lieu of aforementioned prints. <br /> Provide appropriate views and adequate number of photographs to accurately depict critical points of <br /> construcrion and the overall progress of the Work. Label the back of each photograph giving Project <br /> name, subject and orientation. Submit photographs and negatives with each Application for Payment. <br /> ' 1.18 SAFETYDIRECTOR <br /> ' Refer to Subparagraph 10.2 of the Supplementary Condirions and the following: <br /> The Contractor shall appoint a responsible member of his organizarion to act as Safety Director (fire <br /> and accident) whose duty it shall be to prevent accidents, minimize hazazds and to enforce safety <br /> ' precautions. The Safety Director shall develop procedures and regulations to guide the Contractor, <br /> subcontractors and all workmen. With particular respect to existing facilities, and the Owner's staff, <br /> the Safety Director shall consult with and be guidedby the d'uections of the Owner. <br /> ' The Safety Director shall provide a written Safety Program at the outset of the project and shall <br /> transmit copies to all subcontractors engaged in the Work. <br /> ' The Contractor and Subcontractors shall conform to and abide by all requirements of the Safety <br /> Director. <br /> The Safety Director sha11 periodically inspect all spaces of work under this Contract and operations of <br /> ' the Contractor and list hazards to be removed or conected. These shall be reported to the Owner, the <br /> • Contractor and the responsible subcontractors, who shall promptly remove or conect the hazards. <br /> ' 1.19 DISRUPTION TO OCCUPANTS <br /> All Contractors shall be awaze that site occupants require a minimum disiurbance. <br /> , 1.20 EXECUTION,CORRELATION AND IlVTII�T <br /> If there is any inconsistency in the quality or quantity of work described or required in the Contract <br /> ' Documents, the greater quality or quantity of the Work, as interpreted by the Architect/ Engineer shall <br /> be part of the Work, and shall be provided and no change in the Contract Sum or Time will be <br /> permitted. <br /> ' Architectural, structural and electrical documents form the complete construcrion documentarion <br /> package. All Contractors shall refer to the complete construction documentation package for the work <br /> required. In no case will extras be approved due to the Contractor not reviewing all documents. <br /> , 1.21 REMOVAL AND/OR REUSE OF EXISTING MATERIALS <br /> Remove all existing subgrade piping, heads, conduits, wires equipment, devices, fixtures or other <br /> ' equipment to adapt site to the new const�uction.
