� Division O1 Summary Of Work -Section 01010 ' C. Some of work shown in the "Grading, Paving, and Storm Sewer" p lans will be done by the Hennepin County Transportation Department. The Contractor shall coordinate their work with the work being doneby the County.See the Architectural Drawings&Specifications for a description of the work to be , performed by the Contractor. D. The Ownerreserves the right to let other contracts in rnnnection with this Project or in connechion with ' existing buildings. This Contractor shall afford other contractors reasonable opportunity for the introduction and storage of their materials and execution of their work, and shall properly connect and coordinate his/her work with theirs. ' 1.08 MUTUAL RESPONSIBILTTY OF CONTRACTOR AND OWNER The Contractor and Owner shall mutually cooperate with each other to insure that the Work of the ' Project will be prosecuted harmoniously, orderly, timely and in proper sequence without causing undue interference to the daily operation of the site. ' 1.09 BUILDING PERMITS AND FEES The Contractor shall secure and pay for all required permits and charges, including but not limited to: ' A. Building permits for all trades B. Service Access Charges for electrical connections C. Plan review fees by Governing Authorities D. All other permits and fees required to perform work in accordance with local and state agencies, , including permit(s) for disposal of excess earth and other material. It shall be the Prime Contractor's responsibility to obtain from the State of Minnesota, Building Codes& ' Standards Division, approved (stamped) rnnstruction documents, and a letter of Construction Authorization, for submitting to obtain a Building Permit, when d'uected by the City or Municipality issuing permits. The Architect shall initiate application for Plan Review leading to Construction Authorization by the City of Oronq MN. ' 1.10 COMMENCEMENT OF'THE WORK ' The contractor shall not commence work until: A.The Contract has been fully executed and Notice to Proceed is given. ' B.The Owner has approved the Contractor's Performance and Payment Bond. C. The Owner has approved evidence of the Contractor s Liability Insurance, Owner's Protective , Liability Insurance,and any other insurance required to be purchased by the Contractor. E. The Contractor has fulfilled all requirements indicated to be submitted prior to mmmencement of ' constructionin the Supplementary Instructions to Bidders, General CondiHons(Progress Schedule) and Supplementary Conditions. 1.11 RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE STTE ' The Contractor shall have the responsibility for the care, custody and control of the site, and shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of all employees onthe Work and all other persons who may be ' affected thereby, as well as protection of the existing building from damage.
