� Division O1 Summary Of Work -Section 01010 <br /> ' C. Some of work shown in the "Grading, Paving, and Storm Sewer" p lans will be done by the Hennepin <br /> County Transportation Department. The Contractor shall coordinate their work with the work being <br /> doneby the County.See the Architectural Drawings&Specifications for a description of the work to be <br /> , performed by the Contractor. <br /> D. The Ownerreserves the right to let other contracts in rnnnection with this Project or in connechion with <br /> ' existing buildings. This Contractor shall afford other contractors reasonable opportunity for the <br /> introduction and storage of their materials and execution of their work, and shall properly connect and <br /> coordinate his/her work with theirs. <br /> ' 1.08 MUTUAL RESPONSIBILTTY OF CONTRACTOR AND OWNER <br /> The Contractor and Owner shall mutually cooperate with each other to insure that the Work of the <br /> ' Project will be prosecuted harmoniously, orderly, timely and in proper sequence without causing undue <br /> interference to the daily operation of the site. <br /> ' 1.09 BUILDING PERMITS AND FEES <br /> The Contractor shall secure and pay for all required permits and charges, including but not limited to: <br /> ' A. Building permits for all trades <br /> B. Service Access Charges for electrical connections <br /> C. Plan review fees by Governing Authorities <br /> D. All other permits and fees required to perform work in accordance with local and state agencies, <br /> , including permit(s) for disposal of excess earth and other material. <br /> It shall be the Prime Contractor's responsibility to obtain from the State of Minnesota, Building Codes& <br /> ' Standards Division, approved (stamped) rnnstruction documents, and a letter of Construction <br /> Authorization, for submitting to obtain a Building Permit, when d'uected by the City or Municipality <br /> issuing permits. The Architect shall initiate application for Plan Review leading to Construction <br /> Authorization by the City of Oronq MN. <br /> ' 1.10 COMMENCEMENT OF'THE WORK <br /> ' The contractor shall not commence work until: <br /> A.The Contract has been fully executed and Notice to Proceed is given. <br /> ' B.The Owner has approved the Contractor's Performance and Payment Bond. <br /> C. The Owner has approved evidence of the Contractor s Liability Insurance, Owner's Protective <br /> , Liability Insurance,and any other insurance required to be purchased by the Contractor. <br /> E. The Contractor has fulfilled all requirements indicated to be submitted prior to mmmencement of <br /> ' constructionin the Supplementary Instructions to Bidders, General CondiHons(Progress Schedule) and <br /> Supplementary Conditions. <br /> 1.11 RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE STTE <br /> ' The Contractor shall have the responsibility for the care, custody and control of the site, and shall take <br /> all reasonable precautions for the safety of all employees onthe Work and all other persons who may be <br /> ' affected thereby, as well as protection of the existing building from damage.
