Document 00700 - General Conditions: AIA 201 - Provisions for use of site, and Owner occupancy. <br /> � Relations of Contractor-subcontractors. <br /> 1.04 WORK COVEREDBY CONTRACTDOCUMENTS <br /> , Work of this Contract consists of removal of topsoil and mnstruction of site to subgrade level in the <br /> designated azeas of the Hennepin County Orono Maintenance Facility site, Orono,MN and is required to <br /> ' construct the salt storage building and retaining walls on the same site in compliance with the Minnesota <br /> State Building Code and pertinent provisions of the City of Orono,MN.,the Minttehaha Creek Watershed <br /> District and those indicated in the Contract plans and specifications. <br /> ' T'he work shown in the "Construction Plan for Grading, Bifiuninous Paving and Storm Sewer' <br /> (sheets 1 through 28) and in the "Standard Plates" attached in the Appendix apply to this wark <br /> and shall be governed by the 2000 edition of the "Minnesota Deparhnent of Transportation <br /> ' Standard Specifications for Construction",and all supplements thereto.The item numbers shown in <br /> the"Statement of Estimated Quantities"on sheet 3 of the plans refers to the appropriate governing <br /> section in the Standard Specifications. All references to method of ineasurement and basis of <br /> payment aze hereby deleted.
