, <br /> Hennepin County Special Requirements Section 00800 - SUPPLEMENARY CONDITIONS <br /> 1/2/02 Edition , <br /> Page 31 of 32 <br /> 14.4.4 Upon termination of this Contract in full, Contractor shall return to Owner any property , <br /> made available for its use during the term of this Contract. <br /> 14.4.5 In the event that any work is terminated under the provisions hereof, all completed items or ' <br /> unit of work will be�id for at contract bid prices. Payment for partially completed items <br /> or units of work will be made as provided below and as otherwise mutually agreed to, the , <br /> intent being that an equitable settlement will be made to the Contractor. Loss of anticipated <br /> profits will not be considered in this settlement. In addrtion to Contractor's ot�ier <br /> obligations,Contractor shall allow the Owner prompt and free access to the Contractor's , <br /> cost records and other data relating to the Contract, as may be needed to determine the <br /> amount of payment due the Contractor. <br /> 14.4.6 Termination of the Contract or any portion thereof shall not relieve the Contractor of , <br /> responsibility for the completed work, nor shall it relieve the Contractor's sureties of their <br /> obligation for and concerning any just claims arising out of the work performed. <br /> 14.4.7 Compensation will be made on the following basis: ' <br /> .1 The accepted quantities of work completed in accordance with the Contract will be ' <br /> paid for at the Contract prices. <br /> .2 For materials that have been ordered but not incorporated in the work, reimbursement ' <br /> will be made as provided below. <br /> .3 For partially completed items, the accepted work will be paid for on the basis of a <br /> percentage of the contract bid price equal to the percenta.ge of actual accomplishment.
