The Labor Standards ' <br /> Provisions shall in no instance be incorporated by reference. <br /> A breach of any of the terms, conditions and stipulations contained in these Labor Standards , <br /> Provisions (or any other provisions of these specifications and/or the contract) may be <br /> grounds for termmahon of the contract, recovery of liquidated damages(where specifically <br /> authorized herein), debarment, and/or suspension of the contractor and/or subcontractor, as <br /> well as any other right or remedy available under law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation , <br /> and/or equity. <br /> T'he County's failure to insist upon strict performance of any term, condition or stipulation ' <br /> of these specifications and/or contract or to exercise any right herein contained shall not be a <br /> waiver or relinquishment of such term, condition, stipulation or right, unless the County , <br /> consents thereto in writing. Any such written consent sha.11 not constitute a waiver or <br /> relinquishment of the future of such condition,stipulation or nght. <br /> The rights and remedies available hereunder shall be construed as cumulative,and the exercise � <br /> of one shall not preclude the exercise of others in combination or singularly. Any or all such <br /> rights or remedies may be exercis�as often as deemed appropriate by the County. <br /> (Refer to the attached pages for the Wage Determination) � <br /> 13.11 OFFICE PAPERAND NEWSPRINT RECYCLING PROGRAM � <br /> 13.11.1 During the performance of this Contract, the Contractor shall comply with Hennepin <br /> County Office Paper and Newsprint Recycling Program Policy as follows: � <br /> If the Contract Sum is less than $250,000: <br /> "The County encourages the Contractor to develop and implement an office paper and � <br /> newsprint recycling program." <br /> If the Contract Sum is more than$250,000: ' <br /> "Contractor agrees to establish an office paper and newspnnt recycling program which shall <br /> include a written plan available to the County at the County's request containing the � <br /> following: description of the plan;person and position responsible for plan administration; <br /> types of paper collected and method of collechon and transportation to a recycling center; <br /> an annual repoR summarizing collection efforts."
