Change Clauses 7.3.6.1, 7.3.6.2, 7.3.6.3, 7.3.6.4, and 7.3.6.5 to read as follows: ' 7.3.6.1 Costs of labor including social security, old age and unemployment insurance, fringe benefits required by agreement or custom, and workers compensation insurance, all as directly attributable to the change; ' 7.3.6.2 Costs of materials, supplies and equipment, including cost of transportation, whether incorporated or consumed,all as directly attributable to the change; ' 7.3.6.3 Rental costs of machinery and equipment, exclusive of hand tools, whether rented from the Contractor or others, all as directly attributable to the change;and ' 7.3.6.4 Costs of permit fees, and sales, use or similaz taxes related to the Work, all as directly amibuta.ble to the change. , 7.3.6.5 Addrtional cost of supervision and field o�ice personnel directly attributable to the change only when due to approved extension of Contract time. Add the following to Paragraph to Article 7: ' 7.5 AUTHORIZATIONTO PROCEED WITHA CONSTRUCTION CHANGE 7.5.1 An Authorization to Proceed with a Construction Chan e is a written instrument re ared ' g P P by the Owner or the Architect, acting on behalf of the Owner, and signed by the Owner authorizing the Contractor to proceed with a Change to the Work as submitted by the ' Contractor in written proposal form. Work will be authorized by a Lump Sum, Negotiated Price, Time and Materials, Unit Price(s), or other method as agreed upon. The , Authoriza.tion to Proceed with a Construction Change is intended to expedite the change approval process, and �mplementation of the Work by the Constractor denotes acceptance of the Authorization.
