Unit prices <br /> ' shall cover all of the Contractor's costs for labor, materials, equipment and related services <br /> including such costs for subcontracted work and the Contractor's overhead and profit. <br /> ' .3 By cost to be determined in a manner agreed upon by the parties and a mutually acceptable <br /> fixed or percentage fee. <br /> , .4 By the method provided in Sub�ragraph 73.6. <br /> .5 The cost of a change determined under the methods in Clauses 7.3.3.1, 7.3.3.3 and 7.3.3.4 <br /> , shall include all costs direetly related to the change,and the Contractor shall itemize these <br /> costs and provide appropriate supporting data as may be necessary to establish their <br /> correctness. All indirect costs whether incurred on or off site sha11 be included in the <br /> , Contractor's overhead. Indirect costs shall include such items as local telephone use, <br /> coordination of trades and/or utilities, site inspection, photography, clerical support, <br /> estimating,postage, handling,general carthage and/or cleanup and field coordination. <br /> ' .6 In the case of Work authorized under Clauses 73.3.1 7.3.3.3 and 7.3.3.4 a reasonable <br /> , , <br /> ' allowance for overhead and profit shall be not more than ten (10%) percent of the net cost <br /> of Work accomplished by the Contractor's own forces, five (5%) percent of the net cost of <br /> Work accomplished by Subcontractors and five(5%)percent of the net cost of materials and <br /> � equipment. Subcontractors, sub-subconttactors and subsequent tiers of contractors may <br /> add an allowance of not more than ten (10%) percent of the net cost of the work <br /> accomplished by their own forces to cover their overhead and profit, five (5%) percent of <br /> ' the net cost of the Work accomplished by their Sub-contractors and five(5%)percent of the <br /> net cost of materials and equipment. Further, as a condition for the Owner's authorization <br /> of a five (5%) percent allowance for work of any lower tier contractor, as aforesaid, the <br /> ' Owner may request the Contractor and/or any pertinent lower tier contractor to provide to <br /> the Owner detailed, written information to establish to the Owner's satisfaction the actual <br /> relationship between the contractor and any lower tier contractor.
