� <br /> Hennepin County Special Requirements Section 00800 - SUPPLEMENARY CONDITIONS <br /> 1/2/02 Edition , <br /> Page 3 oJ32 <br /> 3.5 WA�tRANTY ' <br /> Add the following subparagraph: � <br /> 3.5.2 To ensure, wherever practical and appropriate, that materials with recycled content are <br /> given reasonable consideration for mcorpora.tion m construct�on of Hennepm County <br /> facilities: ' <br /> .l Performance standards and specifications for products used in construction or <br /> remodeling of County facilities or public works shall not prohibit the use of products , <br /> with recycled content, except as set forth in Subparagraph 3.5.2.2. <br /> .2 Specifications shall allow use of materials and products with recycled content ' <br /> wherever practical and appropriate except when the architect/engineer determines that <br /> either the performance requirements for the product will be compromised by the use <br /> of recycled materials, or when a product with recycled content is impractical or will , <br /> otherwise negatively affect health,safety, or operational e�'iciency. <br /> 3.7 PERMITS,FEES AND NOTICES ' <br /> Delete Subparagraph 3.7.2 and substitute the following: <br /> 3.7.2 The Contractor shall comply with and give notices required by laws, ordinances, codes, i <br /> rules,regulations,decrees and orders of public authorities,bodies and/or tribuna.ls bearing on <br /> performance or nonperformance of the Work. The aforesaid requirements shall apply fully ' <br /> to the requirements referenced in subparagraph 10.2.2 hereof.
