� <br /> Z'. T'he Contractor shall provide and maintain an "As Built" set of bluelines on site, <br /> neatly notating routing, location or other changes to the Contract Documents. , <br /> Upon Project completion and prior to final close out, turn the "As Built" drawings <br /> over to the Owner. <br /> Z. The Contractor shall guarantee all materials and equipment to be free of defects ' <br /> that may develop in any part of their work, caused by faulty workmanship, <br /> material or equipment failures, for a minimum of one year from the date of final , <br /> acceptance of the work or for as long as normal equipment manufacturer <br /> warranties are in effect. <br /> AA. Upon completion of the work shown and specified under Division 16000 and � <br /> prior to final close out of the Project, the Contractor shall verify in writing that <br /> each circuit and all systems are 100% complete and operating properly. This � <br /> notification shall include copies of all Subcontractor notifications. <br /> BB. The Contractor shall deliver two sets of O&M manuals to the Engineer prior to , <br /> final close out. O&M manuals shall consist of approved shop drawings, <br /> manufacturer's bulletins, equipment manuals, a list of manufacturers with � <br /> telephone numbers for all equipment that contains replaceable parts and all other <br /> data covering the care, maintenance and operation of each piece of furnished <br /> equipment. O&1VI manuals shall be neatly bound in 3-ring binders, contain an ' <br /> index and section tabs and be labeled with the Project name. <br /> CC. The Contractor shall be responsible for all deficiencies that may exist from the use , <br /> of substitute products, including additional required work. All dimensions and <br /> characteristics of substitute products shall be verified and coordinated with all <br /> affected trades and Subcontractors. Required changes and modifications to the , <br /> work of any other trades or Subcontractors incurred from using accepted <br /> substitute products shall be coordinated and performed by the Contractor at no � <br /> additional cost to the Owner. <br /> DD. Upon notification by letter, personal contact or telephone conversation of a ' <br /> problem with the electrical system, the Contractor shall respond within one week, <br /> making repairs or corrections as necessary. After all repairs and corrections are <br /> complete,the Contractor shall notify the Engineer. ' <br /> EE. At the option of the Owner and prior to the award of the contract, the Contractor <br /> shall provide a 100% performance bond. The cost of this bond shall be added to � <br /> the contract amount. <br /> FFa Electrical Contractor shall coordinate routing of all conduit and wire within soffits , <br /> being provided by the General Contractor. This contractor shall �rovide all <br /> soffiting required to cover installations not coordinated or specifically approved <br /> by the Architect and Engineering.
