Planting, sodding and seeding shall be performed by personnel familiaz with planting � <br /> procedures and under the supervision of a qualified planting foreman. <br /> G. The growing season is herein defined as the period from June 1 to September 30. <br /> , <br /> PART 2.-PRODUCTS <br /> 2.01 USE OF RECYCLED MATERIALS ` <br /> A. Manure: Spent mushroom manure, a standazd waste product on the mushroom � <br /> industry, or cattle manure that is reasonably free of wood shavings, sawdust or <br /> other undesirable litter containing no chemicals or other ingredients harmful to <br /> plants.The manures shall be in a well rotted state. � <br /> 2. Commercial Fertilizer: A complete fertilizer, conforming to FS 0- F-241, Type 1, <br /> Grade A, part of the elements of which are derived from organic sources � <br /> containing the following percentages by weight: <br /> For Sodding and Seeding: 10% of nitrogen � <br /> 10% of phosphoric acid <br /> 10% of potash <br /> 3.
