Section 02300-Earthwork:Finish Grading. <br /> , 1.04 SUBMITTALS <br /> A.Submit a soil fertility test of the planting soil for approval by the Architect prior to delivery <br /> � of soil to the project site.Test reports shall indicate the location of the source for soil. <br /> B. Upon completion of the work, submit to the Owner a description for the maintenance of <br /> � plant material. <br /> C. Contractor shall submit with each request for payment a summazy of the quantity of <br /> materials with recycled content utilized on the project. <br /> ' 1.05 QUALTTY ASSURANCE <br /> 1 A. For standard products, the manufacturer's analysis will be acceptable. For all other <br /> materials,analysis shall be by a recognized laboratory. <br /> � B.Soils shall be analyzed for their composition and fertility in sustaining plant growth and <br /> health. <br /> C. Seeding and sodding shall be furnished in the variety, size, grade and quality indicated. <br /> � Specifications and planting plans shall be strictly adhered to and no changes or <br /> substitutions will be allowed prior to bidding without written permission of the Owner.
