Operating instructions. <br /> , 4. Maintenance instructions,equipment. <br /> 5. Maintenance instructions,finishes. <br /> 6. Warranties. <br /> ' 1.08 WARRANTIES AND BONDS <br /> ' A. Provide duplicate copies. Execute Contractor's submittals and assemble documents executed by <br /> subcontractors,suppliers, and manufacturers. Provide table of contents and assemble in binder with <br /> durable plastic cover. <br /> , B. Submit material prior to final application for payment. For items of Work delayed materially beyond <br /> Date of Substantial Completion, provide updated submittal within ten days after acceptance, iisting <br /> date of acceptance as start of warranty period. <br /> ' 1.09 SPARE PARTS AND MAINTENANCE MATERIALS <br /> ' A. Provide products, spare parts, and maintenance materials in quantities specified in each Section, in <br /> addition to that used for rnnstruction of Work Coordinate with Owner, deliver to Project site and <br /> obtain receipt prior to final payment. <br /> ' 1.10 FINAL PAYMENT <br /> ' A. After all contract work has been completed, including the above mentioned items, all liquidated <br /> damages and specified allowances have been adjusted and documented by change order, and all change <br /> orders have been resolved and as built documents have been processed, the Contractor may submit a <br /> request for final payment. Final request for payment shall be accompanied by the substantiating <br /> ' documentation required by the General Conditions. <br /> B. Refer to Paragraph 9.10.1 of the Supplementary Conditions: <br /> ' When the Architect/Engineer has determined that the Work is acceptable and the Contract fully <br /> performed, the Contractor shall prepaze and submit the Application for Final Payment to the Architect <br /> ' together with three (3) copies of the following. <br /> In reauesting final inspection and accompanying the Contractor's Final Payment, the Contractor shall <br /> prepaze and submit the following: <br /> , 1. Contractor's Affidavit of Payment of Debts and Claims, AIA Document G706, April 1970 <br /> Edition. <br /> ' 2. Contractor's Affidavit of Release of Liens, AIA Document G706A, April 1970 Edition. <br /> 3.
