' <br /> DIVISION 01 CONTRACTCLOSEOUT-Section 1700 <br /> F.Architect/Engineer will issue a final ChangeOrder reflecting approved adjustments to Contract Sum not � <br /> previously made by Change Order. <br /> � <br /> 1.05 FINAL CLEANING <br /> A. Execute final cleaning prior to final inspection. , <br /> B. Clean interior and exterior surfaces exposed to view; remove temporary 1 abels, stains and foreign <br /> substances,reinspect and repair transparent and glossy surfaces. Clean equipment and fixtures to a ' <br /> sanitary condition in the entire project area. <br /> C. Remove waste and surplusmaterials, rubbish,and temporary and other construction facilities from the ' <br /> Project and from the site. Owner will provide final cleaning after final acceptance. <br /> 1.06 PROJECT RECORD DOCUMENTS , <br /> A. Store documentsseparate from those used for construction <br /> B. Refer to Paragraph 3.11.1 of the Supplementary Conditions: � <br /> 1. The Architect will furnish one complete set of Drawings and Project Manual to the Contractor for ' <br /> the purposes of recording all changes in the Work. The Contractor shall preserve and maintain <br /> these documents at the site in good condition and shall promptly and directly record all changes <br /> to the Work upon them. ' <br /> 2. The Architect shall inspect these Record Documents &om time to time during the course of the <br /> Work to ascertain their condirion and that they reflect the current condition of the Work. <br /> 3. Upon Substantial Completion of the Work and prior to final payment, the Contractor shall r <br /> retum the Record Documents to the Architect for the Architect's translation of all changes in <br /> the Work in the Record Documents for delivery to the Owner. for providing record documents ' <br /> also refer to Paragraph 9.8 of the Supplementary Conditions. <br /> C. Keep documents current; do not permanently conceal any work until required information has been <br /> recorded. ' <br /> D. At Contract closeout,submit docnmentswith transmittal letter containing date, Project title, Project and <br /> Contract iambers,and Conttactor's name and address,list of documents,and signature of Contractor. <br /> � <br /> 1.07 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE DATA <br /> A. Provide data for: � <br /> 1. Instruct Owner's personnel regazding Maintenance and Operation Manuals. If the Contractor and <br /> Subcontractors' staff is not skilled in the maintenance and operation of specific equipment or <br /> systems,manufacturer's personnel shall be employed to carry out this function. , <br /> 2. Electrical equipment and controls-Division 16. <br /> B. Submit two sets prior to final inspection, bound in 8-1/2 x 11 inch three-ring side binders with ' <br /> durable plastic covers.
