Comply with procedures stated in General Conditions of the Contract for issuance of Certificate of <br /> ' Substantial Completion. <br /> B. Complete equipment identification, valve tagging, pipe marking and similaz work;refer to mechanical <br /> and electrical sections of these specifications. Operate and test the performance of operating <br /> , equipment and systems. <br /> C. Owner will occupy Project for the purpose of conductingbusiness. <br /> � D. When Contractor considers Work has reached final completion, submit written certification that <br /> Contract Documents have been reviewed, Work has been inspected, and that Work is complete in <br /> accordance with Contract Documents and ready for Architect/Engineer's observation. Submit <br /> ' Contractor's Notice that the Work, including completed or corrected punch-list items. <br /> E. In addition to submittals required by the conditions of the Contract, provide submittals required by <br /> governing authorities, and submit a final statement of accounting giving total adjusted Contract Sum, <br /> � previous payments,and sumremaining due,include supporting documentation not previously submitted <br /> and accepted.
