The review and approval of shop drawings,sample or product data by the Architect/Engineer shall <br /> not relieve the Contractor from his/her responsibility with regard to the fulfillment of the terms <br /> � of the Contract. The Contractor assumes all risks of error and omission and the <br /> Architect/Engineer will have no responsibility therefore. <br /> � F. Project work, materials, fabrication and installation shall conform to approved shop drawings, <br /> applicable samples and product data. <br /> � G. No portion of the work requiring a shop drawings,sample or product data shall be started nor shall <br /> any materials be fabricated or installed prior to the approval or qualified approval of such item. <br /> Fabricarion performed, materials purchased or on-site construcrion accomplished which does not <br /> conform to approved shop drawings and data shall be the Contractor's risk.
