� <br /> DMSION O1 SUBMITTALS-Section 01300 <br /> ' <br /> 1.04 DEFINITIONS <br /> ' A. Product Data <br /> Product Data include standard printed information on materials, products and systems (sometimes <br /> referred to as "catalog data"), such as the manufacturer's product specification and installation <br /> ' inswctions, availability of colors and patterns, printed statements of compliance and <br /> applicability, roughing-in diagrams and templates, product photographs, standard wiring diagrams, <br /> performance curves and operational range diagrams, production or quality control inspection and <br /> ' test reports, and certifications, produet operating and maintenance instructions and recommended <br /> spare parts listing, printed product warranties, as applicable to the Work. <br /> ' B. Shop Drawings <br /> Shop drawings, as defined in the General Conditions, and as specified in individual work Sections <br /> include,but are not necessarily limited to, custom-prepared technical data for this project, such as <br /> fabrication and erection/installation (working) drawings, scheduled information, setting diagrams, <br /> ' custom templates, measurements, special wiring diagrams, coordination drawings, individual <br /> systems or equipment inspection and test reports including performance curves and certifications, <br /> as applicable to the W ork. <br /> ' C. Samples <br /> Samples include both fabricated and unfabricated physical examples of materials, products and <br /> units of work, such as manufactured or fabricated work, and as smaller portions of units of work, <br /> ' small cuts, or containers of materials, color/texture/pattern swatches and range sets, specimens for <br /> coordination of visual ef�'ect, graphic symbols and complete units of repetitively used products as <br /> applicable to this Work. <br /> ' 1.05 CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILII'Y <br /> ' A. The Contractor shall review, approve and submit to the Architect/Engineer, with reasonable <br /> promptness and in such sequence as to cause no delay in the Work, shop drawings, product data <br /> and samples, including those by Subcontractors, prior to submission to determine and verify the <br /> following: <br /> ' 1. Field Measurements <br /> 2. Field Construction Criteria <br /> 3. Catalog numbers and similar data <br /> ' 4. Conformance with Specifications and Drawings <br /> In submitting shop drawings, product data and samples, the Contractor represents that he has <br /> determined and verified all field requirements, materials, catalog numbers and similar data and that he <br /> ' has checked and coordinated the information contained within such submittals with the requirements <br /> of the Work and of the Contract Documents. <br /> ' The Contractor remains responsible for details, completeness and accuracy, far confirming, and <br /> correlating all quantities and dimensions, for selection of fabrication process, and for techniques of <br /> assembly relating to all submittals and for performing his/her work in a safe manner. <br /> , B. The Contractor shall notify the Architect/Engineer in writing at the time of submission, of any <br /> deviations in the submittals from requirements of the Contract Documents. <br /> ' C.
