Include Contractor's certification that information complies with <br /> requirements. <br /> Contractor's Construcrion Schedule: Prepaze a horizontal baz-chart-type, contractor's construction � <br /> schedule. Provide a separate time bar for each activity and a vertical line to identify the first working <br /> day of each week. Use the same breakdown of Work indicated in the "Schedule of Values". Indicate � <br /> esti.mated completion in 10 percent increments. As Work progresses, mark each bar to indicate <br /> actual completion. <br /> A. Submitwithin 30 days of the date established for "Commencement of Work." � <br /> B. Prepare the schedule on stable transparency, or other reproducible media, of width to show data <br /> for the entire construction period. <br /> C. Ph�sine: Showhow phasing affects the Work. � <br /> D. Work staees: indicate unportant stages for each portion of the Work. <br /> E. Area Separations: Provide a separate time bar to identify each construction area for each portion <br /> of the Work. Indicate where each element must be sequenced with other activities. � <br /> F. Secure performance commitments from parties involved. Coordinate each element with other <br /> activities; include minor elements involved in the Work. Show each activity in proper sequence. <br /> Indicate sequences necessary for completion of related work. � <br /> G. Coordinate with the Schedule of Values, list of subcontracts, Submittal Schedule, payment <br /> requests, and other schedules. <br /> H. Indicate completion in advance of Substantial Complerion. Indicate Substantial Completion to <br /> allow time for the Architect/Engineer's procedures necessary for certification of Substantial , <br /> Completion. <br /> The Contractor shall not be relieved of responsibility for any deviation from the Contract Documents � <br /> or any errors and omissions in shop dtawings and product data by the Architect/Engineer's review and <br /> stamping thereof. <br /> After Architect/Engineer review of submittal, revise and resubmit as required identifying changes made � <br /> since previous submittal. <br /> Comply with progress schedule for submittals related to Work progress. Coordinate submittal of <br /> related items. � <br /> E. Distribute copies of Product Data and Shop Drawings, which carry the Architect/Engineer's review, <br /> stamp to: � <br /> 1. Job site file <br /> 2. Subcontractors <br /> 3. Supplier and/or Fabricator � <br /> 4. Record Documents file <br /> The Contractor shall maintain one copy of approved shop drawings and product data at the site with <br /> the Record Drawings. � <br /> The Architect/Engineer may refrai.n from processing submittals in cases where partial submission <br /> cannot be reviewed until a complete submission is received or where conelated items have not yet <br /> been received.
