� <br /> DIVISION O1 SUBMITTALS-Section 01300 <br /> i <br /> SECTION 01300 <br /> � SUBMITTALS <br /> PART1 GENERAL <br /> ' 1.01 SECTION INCLUDES <br /> A. Administrative and procedural requirements for submittals applicable to the following work-related <br /> � submittals: <br /> 1. Product Data <br /> 2. Shop Drawings <br /> 3. Samples and miscellaneous work related to submittals. <br /> � 1.02 RELATEDDOCLTMENTS <br /> A. The Conditions of the Contract (General, Supplementary, and Other Conditions), the Drawings <br /> � and the General Requirements (Sections of Division 1), apply to the Work of this Section <br /> 1.03 GENERALREQUIREMENTS <br /> � A. The Architect/Engineer to whom submittals shall be made will be identified at the Preconstrucrion <br /> Meeting. Submittals shall not be faxed, nor transmitted by e-mail to the ArchitectlEngineer. <br /> B. Individual submittal requirements may be specified in applicable sections for each unit of work. <br /> M Refer to Division 1 sections and other contract documents for requirements of administrative <br /> submittals. Maintain a written log of submittals and actions thereon. <br /> ' C. Submittals shall be made by the Prime Contractor to the ArchitectlEngincer only. Subcontractors <br /> and suppliers shall forward all their submittals to the Prime Contractor to be submitted to the <br /> Architect/Engineer. Coordinate and schedule submittal prepazation with construction schedule, <br /> fabricarion, other submittals and activities that require sequential operations. Transmit in advance <br /> � of construcrion to avoid delay. <br /> D. Submittals,transmitted under the Architect/Engineer accepted form, sha11 contain <br /> 1 1. The Project Title and Project Number <br /> 2. The date of submission and the dates of any previous submissions <br /> 3. The name and address of <br /> a. Prime Contractor <br /> � b. Subcontractor <br /> c. Supplier <br /> d Manufacturer <br /> � e. Installer <br /> f. Architect/Engineer <br /> 4. Identificarion of the product with the number and title of appropriate Specification Section <br /> � 5. Drawing number and detail references, as appropriate <br /> 6. Field dimensions, clearly identified as such. <br /> 7. Relation to adjacent or critical features of the Work or materials <br /> 8. Identification of deviations &om Contract Documents <br /> � 9. Applicable standards, such as ASTM or Federal Specification numbers. <br /> 10. Identification of revisions on resubmittals <br /> 11. Contractor's stamp, inirialed or signed, certifying review of submittals, verificarion of <br /> � products, field measurements and field construction criteria, and coordination of information <br /> within the submittal with requirements of the Work and Contract Documents.
