# <br />o <br />CITY OF ORQNO <br />Regular Meeting of the Planning Conmission, <br />March 17, 1975. <br />The Planning Commission met on the above date with <br />the following meirbers present: Acting Chairman Make, <br />Gasch, Hannah, Dunlap, McDonald, Curtis, Pesek. <br />CounciImeirber Welsh. Absent: Guthrie, Van Nest, <br />Kallestad, Woolley <br />McDonald moved, Dunlap seconded approval of the <br />Minutes of the February 18, 1975 meeting. <br />Mr. Kraines presented his request for a variance <br />of lot size. Gasch moved, Hannah seconded recom <br />mendation to Council for approval to allow this <br />variance. Motion, Ayes (6), Nay (1), Pesek. <br />Mr. Ahlm and his Counsel Victor Seiler aplained <br />the background on this request for lot size variance. <br />Pesek moved, Curtis seconded that recommendation of <br />this variance be denied because it would lead to <br />setting a precedent of splitting up neighboring <br />parcels into two building sites. Nfotion, Ayes (6), <br />Nay (1), McDonald. <br />Mr. Jensen presented the background on his request <br />for a variance to keep the existing accessory build <br />ing for storage and also a survey of his lot showing <br />building locations. <br />Gasch moved, Hannah seconded recommendation to Council <br />that the request to keep existing structure on the <br />property be approved, providing that: <br />a <br />b <br />The three existing side portions be ranoved. <br />The remaining structure shall measure approxi <br />mately 11' X 21', <br />c. The above to be completed within ninety (90) <br />days of Council meeting of 3-25-75, <br />d.
