PAGE 1 <br /> ATTENDANCE 7 :00 PM The City Council met on the above date with the following <br /> memberspresent: rlayor Butler, Councilmembers Adams <br /> and Frahm. Councilmember Grabek arrived at7 : 04 p.m. <br /> Councilmember Hammerel was absent. City Adminis- <br /> tratorBenson arrived at8 : 20p.m. Police Chief Kilbo <br /> arrived at 7 :50 p.m. Zoning Administrator Mabusth, <br /> Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron, Public Works <br /> Coordinator Gerhardson, City Attorney Radio, City <br /> Engineer Cook, and Recorder Sutton represented the <br /> City staff . Planning Commission representative <br />, Goetten arrived at 7 : 07 p.m. <br />' CONSENT AGENDA* Councilmember Frahm moved, Councilmember Adams <br /> seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda* , with all <br /> staff reports concerning these items reviewed at this <br /> meeting to be attached to the original copy of these <br /> minutes on f i le in the City Clerk' s of f ice. Motion, <br /> Ayes (3 ) , Nays ( 0 ) . <br /> LARE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION <br /> DISTRICT Mayor Butler noted the revised meeting schedule of the <br /> Lake rlinnetonka Conservation District. <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> COMMENTS Planning Commission representative Goetten had no <br /> comments. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no comments from the public present. <br /> #820 LONIE FISR <br /> 493 PARR AVENUE <br /> VARIANCE Mayor Butler noted that the Fisk application would be <br /> postponed until September 10 , 1984 , because of a <br /> conflict with the attorneys ' schedules . <br /> #827 C.D. WILLIAMS <br /> 1932 FAGERNESS POINT RD <br /> VARIANCE <br /> RESOLUTION #1658 C.D. Williams was present. Assistant Zoning <br /> Administrator Gaffron noted that the applicant had cut <br /> down his proposal from the Planning Commission <br /> meeting. Gaffron noted that existing hardcover is 27 <br /> percent within the 0-75 ' setback area. Gaffron noted <br /> that the applicant proposes 30 percent within this 0- <br /> 75 ' lakeshore setback zone. Gaffron noted that the <br /> applicant is planning on removing some of the existing <br /> hardcover on the property. <br /> Mayor Butler stated that if the house was not already <br /> there, that the applicant would probably be turned <br /> down. Butler asked staff if there are other methods <br /> to protect the shoreline during construction than <br /> using hay bales. <br />
