WILLIAMS Councilmember Frahm felt that the applicant should <br /> have tostay with the existing hardcover numbersince <br /> this is so close to the lakeshore. Frahm stated that <br /> there is already too much hardcover on the property. <br /> Frahm stated that #2 in the resolution should be <br /> changed to read a maximum of 1,681 sf of hardcover, <br /> equal to the existing hardcover. <br /> Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron stated that <br /> the applicant could use the strip-type driveway in <br /> which just the wheel of the car portion of the driveway <br /> would be paved. <br /> Councilmember Frahm moved, Councilmember Adams <br /> seconded, to approve Resolution #1658 , A Resolution <br /> Approving a variance for C.D. Williams to construct a <br /> new residence subject to limiting the hardcover to a <br /> maximum of 1 , 681 sf which includes the house, <br /> driveway, patio, garages, decks , etc. and for <br /> applicantto provide runoff protection other than hay <br /> bales. Motion, Ayes ( 4 ) , Nays ( 0 ) . <br /> C.D. William asked if the swale construction was up to <br /> him as the property owner. <br /> Mayor Butler stated that the swale on his property is <br /> up to him and if the neighbors want their problem <br /> solved they can install a swale too. <br /> �839 JEFF STEBBINS <br /> 2195 WATERTOWN ROAD <br /> PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION Jeff and Cindy Stebbins were present. <br /> Councilmember Frahm moved, Councilmember Grabek <br /> seconded, to approve the preliminary subdivision of <br /> Jeff �tebbinssubject to the conditionsrecommended by <br /> the Planning Commission. Motion, Ayes ( 4 ) , Nays ( 0 ) . <br /> #843 JEFF ULRU <br /> 1416 BALDUR PARR ROAD <br /> VARIANCE <br /> RESOLUTION �1659 Jeff Ulku was present. <br /> Mayor Butler stated that #4 in the resolution should <br /> read that removal of the cabin must be before issuance <br /> of building permit and that a demo permit is required. <br /> Butler stated that some other type of protection than <br /> hay bales should be used on the shoreline. <br /> Councilmember Adams moved, Mayor Butler seconded, to <br /> approve Resolution #1659, A Resolution approving a <br /> variance for Jeff Ulku to permit construction of a new <br /> resid�ence subject to the applicant using some other <br /> type of protection for the shoreline than hay bales and <br /> #4 in resolution to have cabin removed before issuance <br /> of building permit. Motion, Ayes ( 4 ) , Nays ( 0 ) . <br />
