The proposal is for 83,d00 <br /> square fo�t; enclosed shopping mal.le Other <br /> • Councilmen began to ask q�iesti.ons as to how <br /> much could they get on thei� land and can we <br /> � regulate the amount of u�e of the IeD.S. land <br /> � using a 0. 28 ratioo <br /> � It was pointed out to the Council at. this time <br /> that no �ormal traffic study had been done in <br /> � regard to this proposal but that the traffic <br /> study bei.ng used came from past I.D.S. proposals. <br /> • <br /> • The Council expressed a con�ern for moding the <br /> current bus stop further west on Highway ��15 for <br /> ythe pur.pose of getting it aw�y from the inter- <br /> section of #15 and #190 The City Admini5tr�to� <br /> � was asked to check with the operational division <br /> of the r-7TC to determine whether or not a proposal <br /> • of a park and ride operation coul.d be established <br /> • in connection with the I.D.S. prt�posal. It is <br /> hoped that IoD.S. wili provitie �the parking spaces <br /> � for the bus stop and comply wi�h the code at the <br /> same timeo <br /> � Councilmah I�iassengale therl discussed the issue of <br /> � storm wat�r and expressed concern that the City <br /> Engineer, Skip LdlcCombs, review storm water problems <br /> • that are involved with the I.D.Sa proposal as well <br /> • as current storm water situations that exist <br /> in the areae It was wondered whether or not I.D.S. <br /> ` could design a building in such a way that the <br /> roof top could hold several inches of water and <br /> � allow it to seep out slowly over a long �5eriod of <br /> time. It is hoped that we will be able to correct <br /> the current storm water situation in the area <br /> and see that I.D.So does not put any additional <br /> � pressure on the current system. The issue <br /> • seems to be whether or not the current storm <br /> water area can be built up to handle the IoDoS. <br /> storm water flow or whether it will be necessary <br /> to channel a great deal of storm water flow off <br /> of the IoD.Se properties to the swamps behind <br /> the F.laeB.Io which is east of Highway #19. <br /> � <br />
