This application was reviewed as Zoning File #04-3014. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR — 1 C, One Family Lakeshore <br /> Residential, which requires a minimum lot size of%z acre. The applicant's <br /> property is 0.36 acres in total area. <br /> 3.
