This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1757. <br /> 2. The property is located in the RR-1B, Single Family Rural <br /> Residential Zoning District requiring 2 acres of dry <br /> buildable area. The subject property consists of 4.2 dry <br /> buildable acres. <br /> 3 . On August 17 , 1992 the Orono Planning Commission reviewed <br /> the application as proposed and recommended approval based <br /> upon the following findings: <br /> a) The property has 4.02 acres of dry buildable area and <br /> is able to support a second residential unit based on <br /> the 1 per 2 acre density standard. <br /> b) There is adequate area to meet the septic needs of both <br /> principal residence and guest house structure. <br /> Page 1 of 5 � <br />
