Representing Staff were City Administrator <br />Ron Moorse, Planning Director Mike Gaffron, Planners Melanie Curtis and Evelyn Turner, City <br />Attorney Joel Jamnik, City Engineer Tom Kellogg, and Recorder Jackie Young. <br />Acting Mayor White called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Items 6, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 25 wf <br />Murphy moved, McMillan seconded, to approve <br />VOTE: Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />*2. VOTE: Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br />PRESENTATION <br />3. 2005 COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL <br />Ken Malloy, Auditor, addressed the City Council <br />stated the management report distributed to the C <br />internal control issues that were raised in prior au <br />longer an issue. <br />CIAL REPORT — KEN MALLOY <br />irding the audit of the City's finances. Malloy <br />;il provides a summary of the audit for 2005.
